Abstrak :

Abstract: A lesson plan (RPP) as stipulated in the School-based Curriculum
(Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan) has two functions: planning and
implementing. However the Government Regulation No. 19 2005 Article 20 has
demonstrated some inconsistency between the teaching approaches (competencebased)
stipulated in the 2006 Curriculum and their implementation. This problem
has emerged as the goal and indicator components as seen in the RPP-form do
not correspond to each other. This problem has caused some overlaps of the two
aforementioned functions of the curriculum.
