The development of conductive polymers very rapidly at this time as shown by the presence of studies that annually produce new discoveries of potential application of technology development. Polyaniline (PANI) is a conductive polymer that has a single-double alternation bonds or conjugation which is composed of repetition of aniline monomers. The existence of these bonds allows the flow of electrons in the polymer chains that become conductive polyaniline. Polyaniline (PANI) is one of the most intensive polymers studied due to the ease of synthesis process electrical properties have high stability conductivity can be controlled by doping and more soluble in organic solvent. Optimalization of polyaniline makes by doped polyaniline with AgNO3 which have high conductivity. Variation of sonication duration can give effect on its crystalinity and conductivity.

Preparation of PANI consists of preparing of PANI-ES I then continued by making PANI-EB by adding NH4OH. PANI-EB was added with CSA to form PANI-ES II. After succesfully synthezed PANI-ES II is the next process in PANI and Ag then given sonication treatment varies with time. The process of PANI-Ag coating solution on nickel substrat done using dynamic spin coating method. Longer sonication variation has a goal to increase crystalinity and conductivity PANI-Ag/Ni . Then PANI-Ag/Ni can be characterized by FTIR XRD SEM-EDX and conductivity measurement.

Form the FTIR spectra showed that EB and ES Polyaniline has been succesfully synthesized with the existence of the corresponding wavenumber peaks. XRD histogram also showed a crystalline phase with comparable increase in the crystalinity of the films with the sonication. Similarly the result of SEM showed that the longer the sonication time give rise to more homogeneous material. Increase sonication time improve the conductivity of the film.
