Abstrak :

Learning process drawing on the expression of low-grade student Tangkil Elementary School District 01 Wlingi done with three different stages namely the preparation phase implementation phase and evaluation phase. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of learning drawing on the expression of low-grade Elementary School District Wlingi Tangkil 01 and the learning outcomes of students drew expressions of low grade Tangkil 01 Elementary School Districts Wlingi if were in accordance with the basic competencies expected and the factor- factors supporting and inhibiting the expression of the process of drawing a low grade Elementary School District Wlingi Tangkil 01.
This research included a qualitative descriptive study using a purposive sample technique. The subject of this study include a low-class students Principal and Teacher of Art and Culture and Skills. Procedures for data collection was done by using the documentation interviews and observation. The data analysis was done by reduction data presentation drawing conclusions and verification.
Results showed that teachers of Art and Culture is conceptually able to apply in accordance with the existing basic competence in making an application to the learning plan but are still experiencing difficulties. While the application of Cultural Art in learning consists of applying the materials methods media and assessment or evaluation. The material is taught from manuals used by the teacher in learning. Regarding the method used is a demonstration question and answer and home work. Media used in the form of print media that is supporting the book examples of works of art images and drawing equipment. The teacher evaluation system that is applied includes assessing process and outcome assessment. Both these assessments include affective and psychomotor aspects. The assessment process will be undertaken during the task performed while assessing the results of each completed task.
Factors include the factor of learning support teachers students materials environmental. Inside there are supporting factors are also several inhibiting factors therein.
based on the research suggested that teachers should develop a media and approaches to student learning in addition to student support is also needed to enhance the learning process effective.
